Users can cancel their annual software maintenance agreement at anytime. A pro-rated refund will be provided if you choose to cancel your agreement.
Due to the open source nature of TagManage, a refund cannot be given for the application itself. However, you are welcome to keep your copy of TagManage 2007 and use it according to its license agreement. Security and feature updates will no longer be available free of charge; although, if you purchase a service release you will have the option to restart your maintenance agreement.
All software provided by SamuelBressi Productions is delivered electronically to all customers at the time of purchase. CDs and DVDs are provided upon request at no charge to customers in the United States.
